TESTIMONIALS
“We were welcomed with a roaring fire in the grate and everything amenity clearly labelled. The cottage is very beautiful in a fantastic location with views out to sea. There is lots of space to relax in a homely setting with a great range of bedrooms to hide away if you need some lone time from your party. We found the place a beautiful relaxing retreat and were sad to leave. You have though of everything. There was Nothing I was aware of that need improving!!! ”
Great house , well set up for catering for large groups , kitchen even had cake tins!…
5 of 5 Stars….
I loved that the house had been renovated tastefully, my idea of perfect actually, brand new bathrooms with fab showers and bath but original stone and wooden floors downstairs and even an aga.
What a special week!… 5 of 5 Stars
The Rectory was not hard to find but well off the beaten track. It was our 25th wedding anniversary and we wanted to have all our friends and family share that with us. The plan was we would rent both properties so that people could spread out and our pooches would not inconvenience any one. Good choice.
Fabulous house, with amazing views… 5 of 5 Stars… We always look for a different location in the UK as we come from Cornwall, Birmingham, Hampshire, Sussex and Kent. This year we had a marvellous time at “The Old Rectory”.
The description of the property was just so, and the facilities inside were great. As a group we would definitely recommend “The Old Rectory” – The Peru Gang.
Beautiful house, stunning views… Five Stars…
We booked the Old Rectory and Cottage for our wedding in June this year. We had hoped to find somewhere large enough for family, with good views, but couldn’t believe our luck when we visited The Old Rectory. This stunning historic house, with the cottage next door was full of charm. After visiting the property and meeting Deanna, we felt immediately it was the perfect venue for our wedding. We couldn’t recommend the property enough, particularly for a wedding or large event. We hope to return one day.
Ideal for a large family gathering… (maximum stars)The Old Rectory is the sort of large house that crops up in novels, but doesn’t often turn up in reality. But here it is with captivating views all around. We stayed here as a party of eleven, and ate all our evening meals at the Rectory.
It deserves the highest recommendation.
Perfect holiday house… Five of Five Stars…
Twelve in a house can make for a hectic weekend. Not at the Old Rectory. The house was perfect. There was space for everyone all together and to find quiet spaces. In short, whether a large family or a group of friends, I couldn’t recommend this house more.
We loved this place! I hired the Old Rectory and the Sunny Retreat for my wife’s 40th and it was perfect. The owners were extremely accommodating, the properties are welcoming, comfortable and well equipped, and the Pembrokeshire is genuinely beautiful.I can not recommend this place enough.
A home from home in a heavenly place. Five Stars….
We felt completely at home in this rambling, comfortable home. There were twenty one of us ranging in age from seventy one to one! Hills and woods behind and the sea in front.
